These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lumstivo.store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. About us

The Store is operated by Lumstivo, Akkerveld 5, Heesch, Netherlands, KVK: 4212023, VAT: NL005509782B84. You can reach us at Info@lumstivo.store.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and pricing

We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you before shipping to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price, or cancel with a full refund. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise, but exclude shipping costs, which are shown at checkout.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any payment already taken.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping origins and delivery times vary by product, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds

As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, as described in full in our Refund & Return Policy. Certain goods (e.g. sealed items unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons) may be excluded from withdrawal, as permitted by EU consumer law.

7. Statutory warranty (conformity)

Products come with a legal guarantee of conformity under EU/Dutch consumer law. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store — including attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, or using the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Lumstivo and may not be reproduced without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court, or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
